Do you have a document that will help the Realtor and/or Occupants make the home photo-ready? o Yes, I do! Click here for “Preparing a Home to be Photographed”. How long does it take to photograph a property? o Generally speaking, approximately 1 hour for 1,250sf of living space. A 2,450 home, plus exteriors, would take approximately 2 hours to shoot. If doing a Matterport and/or floor plan, the time will approximately double the time to shoot a property. When will you receive the photos? o I try to get them to you by midnight of the day that I shoot. At the latest, you can expect them within 24 hours of the photo shoot. Do you need to be there for the photo shoot? o No, you don’t. If you have a Supra or combo lock box on the property, or if the occupants will be there, I can do my thing. Having said that, if you’d like to be there, you may! Do I stage the home while photographing? o No, I do not. That’s the job of a Stager, the Realtor and the occupants. I may move some move some minor things (perhaps pet food bowls, or line up the chairs around a dining room table). If there’s clutter, if the countertops (kitchen and/or bathroom) are loaded with stuff, or kitty litter boxes are in a shot, I don’t move them. It’s the responsibility of the Stager, the Realtor and the occupants to make sure the home is ready to be photographed. If the Realtor and/or occupants would like to be there to move items while I’m shooting, that would be helpful to producing better photos. How many people work for your company? o One. Me. That’s it. I shoot all photos. I develop all photos. That’s why you get quality and consistency when you hire me. Where do you travel to? o I’ll go just about anywhere.
